First of all, I've always been pleased with the quality of Smashbox products, especially the blush and eye colors. I was attracted to this palette because it holds the shades I usually wear, and think that six eye shadows for this price is very reasonable. They come in a sturdy mirrored case, so it's easy to select what colors I want without sorting through various pots and compacts. It's convenient to have all of the shades in one spot. Plus, for me they're classic shades that I'll continue to enjoy wearing.

I bought this product at Ulta because I had a gift card. I absolutely LOVE the colors and the velvety texture of these shadows! I never buys multiple colors. Always buy individuals because I never like all the colors, or even most of them. All these colors are amazing. And it should last forever because just the tiniest amount does wonders. It's not too sparkly/frosty for me, which is very unusual. I hate frosts on my 40-something eyes. The shadows are creamy, velvety and super easy to work with and blend. It's definately not your "drugstore eye shadows"! I can't imagine not repurchasing IF I ever am able to use these up. I've been suing for 3 wks now and they look like they haven't been touched, because it takes such a small amt. and I USE them liberally. I definately recommend these. You won't be disappointed!!

I bought this trio for myself for Christmas, and loved it! The beige is perfect natural looking base, the pink/purple can be used in the day time if applied lightly, or for a dramatic night effect is applied heavily. The blue makes a striking eyeliner! I was having a blast for two full weeks w/ this trio before the unspeakable happened...I shattered all three colors on a clumsy Tuesday morning.I contacted SmashBox with my sad story and little hope. They responded with an offer to replace the trio -- for free! This level of customer service is hard to find these days and is hugely appreciated.

This palette has all the colors you need to recreate sophisticated or edgy looks for day and night.
When I opened this product almost all the eye-shadows were broken and the powders were everywhere mixing together. I do not recommend buying this product.

There was a mix up with my order (not their fault or mine) and this vendor provided me with quick and excellent customer service. We figured out together what happened with the order and it was resolved quickly and peacefully.
